Refund, Cancellation & Order Policy
At Angel’s Sacred Soulutions, each session, sacred creation, and handcrafted offering is approached with care, intention, and respect. These policies are here to create clear expectations and support a respectful experience for both Angel and her clients.

Chakra Readings, Reiki Sessions & Other Booked Services

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available date and time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling in the event of an emergency or unexpected circumstance may be considered at Angel’s discretion.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive or join your scheduled session on time. A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed.

If you arrive within that 15-minute window, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered missed and the payment is non-refundable.

Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be considered at Angel’s discretion.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted Angel beforehand, the session will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds After a Session Has Begun
Once a scheduled session has begun, the session fee is non-refundable.

Clients are always free to end a chakra reading, Reiki session, or other service at any time. However, choosing to end a session early does not qualify for a full or partial refund.

Payment reserves Angel’s time and covers the preparation, time, and services provided during the scheduled appointment.

If Angel is unable to complete a session due to an emergency, technical issue, or another circumstance on her end, the client will be offered an appropriate reschedule, credit, or refund.

Sacred Creations & Physical Products
All Sales Are Final
Because the physical offerings from Angel’s Sacred Soulutions are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or created from unique natural materials, all physical product sales are final.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, natural variations, or other reasons unrelated to shipping damage.

This policy helps protect the integrity of each sacred creation after it has left Angel’s care.

Exceptions will only be made when an item has been clearly damaged during shipping or where otherwise required by law.

Damaged During Shipping
Every creation is carefully inspected and packaged before being shipped.
If your item arrives clearly damaged as a result of shipping, please contact Angel within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of:
The damaged item
The shipping box or packaging
Any visible damage to the outside of the package

Please keep the item and all original packaging while the situation is being reviewed.

Because many creations are completely one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be possible. Depending on the circumstances, Angel will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair when possible, replacement when possible, or a refund.

Natural & Handmade Materials
Many sacred creations are made with natural, gathered, reclaimed, or individually selected materials, including wood, stones, crystals, feathers, leather, hagstones, plant materials, and other natural elements.

Natural materials may contain:
Variations in color
Texture differences
Weathering
Natural markings
Irregular shapes
Small imperfections
Differences between photographs and the physical item

These characteristics are part of the natural beauty, history, and individuality of each creation and are not considered defects or damage.

Custom & Co-Created Pieces
Custom and co-created pieces are made specifically for the individual requesting them and may involve many hours of communication, design, gathering materials, beadwork, leatherwork, construction, and creative collaboration.

All custom and co-created pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Angel may provide photographs and updates throughout the creation process so that you can participate in the development of your piece.

If you would like something adjusted or have concerns about the direction of your creation, please communicate them as early as possible during the co-creation process

Once a piece has been completed, approved, and shipped, changes, returns, and refunds are not available except in the case of confirmed shipping damage.

Lost or Missing Packages
Handcrafted creations are shipped with tracking and, when applicable, insurance or carrier coverage up to the value of the item. Higher-value and one-of-a-kind creations may also require a signature upon delivery.

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or possibly misdelivered while in transit, please contact Angel so the shipment can be investigated with the shipping carrier.

Angel will assist with the carrier claim process when appropriate.

If a package is confirmed by the shipping carrier as successfully delivered to the correct address provided with the order, including completion of any required delivery signature, Angel’s Sacred Soulutions is not responsible for loss, theft, or disappearance of the package after delivery.

If a carrier investigation determines that an insured package was lost, damaged, or misdelivered while in transit, Angel will work with the customer and the carrier toward an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Angel’s Sacred Soulutions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact Angel as soon as possible.

If a package is returned and needs to be shipped again because an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

Spiritual & Energetic Offerings
The services and creations offered through Angel’s Sacred Soulutions are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, energetic awareness, and connection.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.

Individual experiences and results will vary.
