Spiritual & Energetic Services
Chakra readings, Reiki sessions, intuitive services, and other spiritual or energetic offerings are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, energetic awareness, relaxation, and connection.
These services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
Nothing provided through a session should be considered a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Clients are responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, health, and well-being.
Individual experiences vary, and no specific spiritual, emotional, energetic, physical, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Age Requirements
Chakra readings are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Reiki sessions may be available to minors ages 13–17 with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete the booking, provide written consent, and complete any applicable forms on behalf of a minor.
Angel’s Sacred Soulutions does not knowingly provide online-booked services directly to children under the age of 13.
Client Responsibility
Clients are encouraged to approach spiritual and energetic services with openness while maintaining personal discernment and responsibility.
Information or impressions shared during a chakra reading, Reiki session, or other spiritual service should not be used as the sole basis for major medical, legal, financial, relationship, employment, or other life decisions.
Clients remain responsible for determining what information feels appropriate and relevant to them.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are not considered reserved until the applicable booking process has been completed.
Payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed through third-party services such as Stripe, Wix, Calendly, or other payment or scheduling platforms.
By completing payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to its own terms and policies.
Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases or appointments that have already been completed and paid for unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, refunds, physical product sales, shipping damage, and related matters are governed by the separate Refund, Cancellation & Order Policy available on this website.
By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies in effect at the time of your purchase or booking.
Handcrafted & Natural Products
Many products offered through Angel’s Sacred Soulutions are handmade and may contain natural, gathered, reclaimed, or individually selected materials.
These materials may naturally vary in:

Because many offerings are one-of-a-kind, the exact appearance of a creation cannot always be duplicated.

Custom & Co-Created Pieces
Custom and co-created pieces may involve communication, design choices, material selection, gathering, beadwork, leatherwork, construction, creative development, and other personalized work.
Because these creations are made specifically for an individual, custom and co-created pieces are final sale and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or as addressed in the Refund, Cancellation & Order Policy.
The creative process may evolve as the piece develops, especially when natural or one-of-a-kind materials are involved.
Clients are encouraged to communicate questions, preferences, or concerns as early as possible during the creation process.
Progress photographs or updates may be provided to allow the client to participate in the co-creation process.
Product Availability
Many creations are one-of-a-kind and available in a quantity of one.
Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee or reserve the item unless the website specifically states otherwise.
A product is considered purchased when payment has been successfully completed.
If an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or other unusual circumstance after payment, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate refund or alternative resolution will be provided.
Shipping
Physical orders are shipped according to the shipping options and policies provided through the website.
Handcrafted creations may be shipped with tracking, insurance or applicable carrier coverage, and signature confirmation when appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, emergencies, or circumstances outside the control of Angel’s Sacred Soulutions.
