Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that invites deep relaxation, balance, and connection within the mind, body, and spirit. During a session, universal life force energy is offered with the intention of supporting your energetic well-being, creating space for relaxation, release, and renewal. Each Reiki session is uniquely guided by what your energy is asking for in the moment. As we create sacred and peaceful space together, you may experience a sense of calm, emotional release, grounding, clarity or deeper connection to yourself. My approach to Reiki is intuitive and heart-centered, blending my connection with energy, spirit, and the natural world. I hold space for you to slow down, reconnect, and receive support that is available to you on your healing journey. This session is an invitation to pause, receive, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Reiki does not replace medical care but may be used as a complementary practice to support your overall sense of well-being. Come as you are. There is no need to prepare or have any prior experience with energy work. This is your time to rest, receive, and allow the energy to flow where it is most needed.
